Your current plan - The plan you are on, its response allowance, and how many responses your quizzes collected in the last 30 days.

Manage v - Opens the menu for cancelling your current plan.

Billing period - Choose Monthly or Annual (save 20%).

Plan details - Lists every plan with its Monthly fee, Max. responses and Cost per response. The plan you are on is marked Current.

Upgrade - Moves you to that plan.

Newsletter code - Enter a promotional code to redeem a discount or to switch on advanced features. Click Redeem to apply it.

If a paid plan is not right for you, request a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription and RevenueHunt returns the payment.

How to change my billing details?

Shopify handles the payments. Change your billing details directly on your Shopify Payments page.

Stripe, the payment processor, handles app payments. RevenueHunt does not store your credit card details and cannot access them. Change them in Stripe:

1. Open the Stripe billing portal.

2. Log in with your email address and the two-factor authentication code sent to your inbox.

   

   Info

   The login is the email address you used when you first gave your credit card details.

The portal opens. From there you can edit your credit card and invoice details. You can also download invoices or cancel your subscription.

Tip

To add your VAT number to an invoice, put it on the first line of your name or address. For example, JOHN DOE VAT XXXX or VAT XXXX JOHN DOE. Stripe does not have a dedicated field for the VAT number.

To change your card from inside the app instead:

1. In the app, open Plans and pricing.
2. Click GET FREE to downgrade to the Free Plan.
3. Upgrade to the Basic Plan again with your new credit card details.

Downgrading cancels your Stripe subscription. RevenueHunt then refunds the days you did not use in your previous Basic Plan billing cycle.

If you cannot downgrade to the Free Plan because you are above your usage limit, contact customer support.
