How to Download Quiz Responses¶
This article explains how to read a single quiz response, and how to download all of them as a CSV file.
Check individual responses¶

Open the Responses tab in your dashboard. It holds the last 100 responses.

Viewon a response to open it. The left-hand menu lists them by date and time.

Test responses drop off the list
Admin responses and quiz previews are removed after an hour, so they do not count toward your plan limits.
- Open the Metrics > Responses tab in your dashboard.

Download all responses¶
You can download every response from the past 90 days as a .CSV file.
- Open the Responses tab in your dashboard.

Click
Export CSV.

Pick the email address to send the file to, in the popup that opens.

Security
For security reasons, exports can only be sent to your shop's contact email or pre-authorized email addresses. Contact support to add additional authorized emails.

Open the file from the email when it arrives.
You can download your responses as a .CSV file. Pick how far back the export goes: 1, 3 or 6 months.
- Open the Metrics > Responses tab in your dashboard.

Click the button for the period you need. The choices are
Export CSV - 1 month,Export CSV - 3 monthsandExport CSV - 6 months.

Wait for the download link to appear on your dashboard.
- Click the link to save the file.
Export size limit
Exports are capped at 100,000 responses. Above that the export stops and asks you for a shorter range. Contact support if you need a larger one.
Requesting another export
Once an export has finished, you can request a new one straight away, even if the download link from the previous export is still available.

A .CSV file opens in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
