How to Download Quiz Responses

This guide outlines the process for downloading quiz responses from your quiz, allowing you to analyze individual responses in detail.

1. To view the last 100 individual responses, navigate to the Responses tab within your dashboard.

   

2. On the left-hand side menu, you'll find the responses the quiz received organized by date/timestamp. Click on View to open a specific response.

   Test responses removal

   Admin responses and quiz previews are removed from the list after 24 hours to don't add to your plan's limits.

Download All Responses

If you need to review all quiz responses from the past 90 days, you have the option to download them as a .CSV file.

1. Navigate to the Responses tab within your dashboard.

2. To initiate the download, click the Export CSV button.

   

3. A pop-up will appear that allows you to select an email address to send the CSV file to.

   

   Security

   For security reasons, exports can only be sent to your shop's contact email or pre-authorized email addresses. Contact support to add additional authorized emails.

4. The .CSV file will be sent to the email address you provided.

5. Open the .CSV file on your device for further analysis.

If you need to review your quiz responses in bulk, you can download them as a .CSV file and pick how far back the export goes: the last 1, 3 or 6 months.

1. Navigate to the Metrics -> Responses tab within your dashboard.

2. To initiate the download, click the button for the period you need: Export CSV - 1 month, Export CSV - 3 months or Export CSV - 6 months.

   

3. Once the system has generated the file, a download link will be displayed on your dashboard.

4. Click on the download link to save the CSV file to your device for further analysis.

Export size limit

Exports are capped at 100,000 responses. If the range you picked contains more than that, the export is stopped and you're asked to choose a shorter range. Contact support if you need a larger export.

Requesting another export

Once an export has finished, you can request a new one straight away, even if the download link from the previous export is still available.
