Your current plan - Displays the current plan you are on.

Manage ▼ - Click to open the menu to cancel your current plan.

Billing period - Choose between Monthly or Annual billing.

Plan details - Click to see every pricing plan, with its fee, response limit and cost per response.

Upgrade - Click to upgrade to a paid plan.

Newsletter code - Enter the newsletter code to redeem a discount or to get advanced features. Click Redeem to apply the code.

How to change my billing details?

Shopify handles the payments. Change your billing details directly on your Shopify Payments page.

Stripe, the payment processor, handles app payments. RevenueHunt does not store your credit card details and cannot access them. Change them in Stripe:

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal.

  2. Log in with your email address and the two-factor authentication code sent to your inbox.

    The login is the email address you used when you first gave your credit card details.

The portal opens. From there you can edit your credit card and invoice details. You can also download invoices or cancel your subscription.

Tip

To add your VAT number to an invoice, put it on the first line of your name or address. For example, JOHN DOE VAT XXXX or VAT XXXX JOHN DOE. Stripe does not have a dedicated field for the VAT number.

To change your card from inside the app instead:

  1. In the app, go to the Plans & Pricing screen.
  2. Click GET FREE to downgrade to the Free Plan.
  3. Upgrade to the Basic Plan again with your new credit card details.

Downgrading cancels your Stripe subscription. RevenueHunt then refunds the days you did not use in your previous Basic Plan billing cycle.

If you cannot downgrade to the Free Plan because you are above your usage limit, contact customer support.
