BigCommerce: Use Custom Fields as Tags

A BigCommerce custom field called tags groups products for you inside the quiz. Once the products are tagged, you can link a whole group to a choice or a slot at once. That saves picking the products one at a time.

1. Open a product in BigCommerce and go to the Custom Fields menu.

   

2. Click + Add custom fields.

   

3. Set the Custom Field Name to tags, and list the tags in Custom Field Value, separated by commas.

   

4. Save the product.

5. Repeat for every product you want to tag.

6. Run a manual sync of the app. The quiz catalog is only up to date once the sync finishes.

Products that share a tag are then grouped together in the app, and you can link the group to a choice from the Link Categories/Tags section.
